Preparing your order

Please allow approximately 2 working days for preparation before dispatch for orders of 1–20 products. Larger orders may take longer to prepare. Preparation time is additional to the delivery transit time.

 

Standard shipping

• United Kingdom: £6.50 for orders below £60. Free Standard shipping on orders of £60 or more.
• United States: $7.99 for orders below $75. Free Standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
• France, Germany and the Netherlands: €8.99 for orders below €70. Free Standard shipping on orders of €70 or more.

Express shipping

Express delivery is available for selected destinations. Availability, weight-based prices and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Free Standard shipping offers do not apply to Express delivery.

 

Our delivery partners

UK and EU orders are shipped via FedEx. US orders are shipped via UPS.

These couriers are selected for their balance of price and delivery performance in each region. The courier is automatically assigned based on the destination and cannot be manually selected for an individual order.

 

Delivery estimates

Transit estimates refer to the time after dispatch. Please add the preparation time when planning for your order’s arrival. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
